We charge by the job not by the hour, so you'll know the costs every step of the way and won't need to be concerned how long it takes the service engineer to thoroughly analyze your system and make the needed repairs. We can take as long as needed to properly do the job without charging you any extra. We charge like the car dealer or dentist. You pay a diagnostic fee, currently $99, which includes the trip to your home and however much time it takes to diagnose the problem. Once we have determined the problem, we’ll let you know the exact cost to repair the problem before we do the work.
1 Year Guarantee on Repairs Done
We will guarantee the materials and our labor on repairs for one full year instead of the normal 30 days common with most heating and cooling contractors in the Peoria area.
