We charge by the job not by the hour, so you’ll know the costs every step of the way and won’t need to be concerned how long it takes the service engineer to thoroughly analyze your system and make the needed repairs. We can take as long as needed to properly do the job without charging you any extra. We charge similar to the car dealers. You pay a diagnostic fee, currently $109, which includes the trip to your home and however much time it takes to diagnose the problem. Once we have determined the problem, we’ll let you know the exact cost to repair the problem and you will authorize the repair before we do the work. So, you pay the diagnostic plus the cost of the repair.
We will guarantee the materials and labor on repairs for 1-year, instead of the normal 30 days as is common with most heating and cooling contractors in the Peoria area.
Emergency service is available after hours and on weekends. The service tech on call can answer any questions you may have to try and get you running until a service call can be scheduled during normal working hours. The diagnostic fee after hours Monday thru Friday and any time Saturday is $199. The diagnostic fee on Sunday and holidays is $249. If we don’t have the part you need on our truck and need to have a parts supply house open up after hours their standard fee to do so is $100, which we pass directly on to the homeowner.
